What will you do as a welder?
As a MIG/MAG or TIG welder, you are responsible for welding various metal parts and structures. You work accurately and according to the applicable welding standards. Your range of tasks includes:
MIG/MAG welding:
- Welding steel, aluminium and stainless steel in various material diameters and wall thicknesses;
- Making various welding joints, such as butt welds, fillet welds and T-welds;
- Preparing the material, such as chamfering and degreasing;
- Setting up the welding equipment and selecting the right welding materials;
TIG welding:
- Welding high-quality materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and other metals;
- Making precision welds with high weld quality;
- Applying various welding techniques, such as pulsing and rolling;
What do we ask of you?
In addition to the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm, we require the following from a welder:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a MIG/MAG or TIG welder;
- Driving licence B and own transport;
- A welding certificate;
- Proficiency in Dutch, English and/or German;
- A VCA diploma or willing to obtain one;
